A full classic ritual of a traditional wood-fired bathhouse: hot salt foot baths prepare the body, three or four rounds in the steam room with a venik open up the warming, and a closing bamboo-stick massage releases fatigue from the muscles. An hour longer than 'Inspiration' — more rounds and deeper relaxation.

Tea ceremony and introduction
Honey, jam, bagels and herbal tea. The master asks how you feel and plans the rounds in the steam room to suit your state.

Hot salt foot baths
Warm salt water heats the body from the feet up and gently prepares the blood vessels for the heat of the steam room.

Sound therapy and aromatherapy
Tibetan bowls even out the breathing, while essential oils on the stones set the scent for the whole session.

Individual venik whisking
Three or four rounds in the steam room with oak and birch veniks; the master keeps the pace to how you feel.

Contrast treatments
A plunge bath, a bucket waterfall or a cool shower between rounds — for vascular tone and a surge of fresh energy.

Frequently asked questions about 'Traditional'
01How is "Traditional" different from "Inspiration"?
"Traditional" runs an hour longer (3 hours versus 2) and adds extra treatments: hot salt foot baths at the start and a bamboo-stick massage at the finish. There are more rounds in the steam room, and the warming and relaxation are deeper. It is the logical next step after "Inspiration".
02How much does the programme cost and how is the extra-guest charge calculated?
The base price is 10,600 UAH for 3 hours for 1–2 guests, the same for one person or two. Each additional guest is 1,700 UAH, and extension beyond 3 hours is 1,600 UAH per hour. The form above works out the estimated total automatically.
03What does the bamboo-stick massage do?
With warmed bamboo sticks the master gives a rhythmic vibration massage after the contrast treatments. It releases residual tension from the back and legs, improves circulation and helps the body ease out of intense steaming.
04Can a treatment be removed or swapped?
The programme structure is fixed, but the master always adjusts the intensity to your state: lower heat, shorter rounds, longer pauses. If a treatment does not suit you for health reasons, let us know in advance.
05Are there contraindications to the programme?
Intense steaming is not recommended with acute cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or a fever, during pregnancy or a flare-up of chronic illness. If in doubt, consult a doctor and tell the master.
