Each programme is a private room, firewood, veniks and a master who leads the steam from the first round to the tea afterwards.
Included in the price: the programme treatments, tea with refreshments, drinking water, bathhouse accessories and veniks. Extension is charged at the hourly rate. All you need to do is arrive on time — we will take care of everything else.

01What's included in the price of the base steaming programme?
Bathhouse time, a shared venik warm-up for the whole group with aromatherapy and sound therapy, individual venik steaming for each guest (up to 15 minutes), contrast treatments under a cold waterfall, bathhouse accessories (towel, two sheets, hat, slippers), basic toiletries, fragrant herbal tea with treats (bagels, nuts, dried fruit, seasonal fruit, honey) and drinking water.
02Can I rent the bathhouse without a programme, just by the hour?
No, the bathhouses are provided only as part of a bathhouse programme — this lets us give attention to every guest rather than just hand over a room.
03What should I bring to the bathhouse?
The main things are a good mood and a change of clothes. All bathhouse equipment is already included in the price. Please do not bring your own food or drinks — everything needed is already included in the programme.
04Can I come with children?
Yes. Children under 12 visit for free if they do not need individual whisking; children’s whisking as a separate service costs 400 UAH.
05How do I book and is a deposit required?
Call, write on Viber, Telegram or WhatsApp, or leave a request in the form above. A small deposit is required to confirm the booking — the administrator will confirm the amount and payment method by phone.
06What are the terms for cancelling or rescheduling a visit?
A booking can be rescheduled no later than 24 hours, and cancelled no later than 3 days, before the start of the booked programme. Just let the administrator know.
07Where are you and what are your opening hours?
Kyiv, Osokorky district, 11A Tsentralna St — 400 metres from the Kozachok restaurant. We are open daily from 10:00 to 22:00; for weekends it is best to book ahead.
08Is there parking near the complex?
Yes, there is space to park guests’ cars next to the bathhouse.
09How long does a standard steaming programme last?
From 2 to 4+ hours depending on the chosen programme — enough time not to rush between rounds in the steam room.

Work weeks go by one after another, and at some point it turns out you haven’t truly rested in a long time — you were just switching one kind of tiredness for another.
A wood-fired bathhouse doesn’t “relieve stress” in words: it works through the body. An open fire, soft steam, a venik, an ice-cold plunge — and in two hours your head goes quiet and a lightness appears in the body that neither a weekend on the sofa nor another day off on your phone can give.

What steaming in a wood-fired bathhouse gives you
Body
Hot steam opens the pores, warms the muscles and joints, and a contrast plunge trains the blood vessels. After three or four rounds that “wooden” stiffness in the back and shoulders left by desk work disappears.
Skin
Warming plus a salt scrub and a honey application cleanse the skin deeper than any home care. After the bathhouse you get that healthy flush that cosmetics can’t paint on.
Head
This is probably the main thing. In the steam room you can’t check email or replay work conversations — the body simply won’t let you. Sound therapy with Tibetan bowls, herbal aromas and silence between rounds switch off the inner noise more effectively than a weekend at home.
Company
The bathhouse is a format in which people finally talk. Phones go quiet, a samovar, honey and bagels appear — and it turns out you have plenty to talk about with the people you see every week.
The steaming ritual: how it works with us
The bathhouse venik is not decoration but a tool. Oak gives a dense, “heavy” heat and a deep massage; birch is softer and works well with breathing and skin. The master doesn’t just whip: they alternate driving in the steam, stroking, pressing and rubbing, leading you from a light warm-up to a full opening.
Next comes the cool-down: a plunge bath or an ice hole, whichever you prefer. Then the hayloft, herbal tea, honey, a pause. And back into the steam room — as many rounds as your programme includes. Between them, if you wish — a salt scrub, aromatherapy, a bamboo-stick massage.
We work only with full bathhouse programmes, without hourly rental. It’s not a whim: the master leads one company and gives attention to everyone, rather than just opening the door to a room.
